Who Is Eligible to Win?
Contestants who enter the 911 Ultimate Transformation Challenge must have proof of affiliation with a public servant organization, such as troopers, law enforcement, fire, EMTs, or sheriffs. You must be at least 18 years of age by the completion of the Challenge. The eligibility to participate is subject to all the rules and regulations of the jurisdiction where each contestant lives as applicable to participation in contests. This contest is void where prohibited and open to those working in Colorado only.

Contestants who enter and compete in this contest may NOT use ephedrine (ephedra, ma huang, or ephedra-based supplements), clenbuterol, HGH, anabolic steroids, pro-steroids, prohormones, prescription diuretics, or any derivatives, or any illegal, banned, or scheduled substance as restricted by the FDA or government.

Why Do I Need to Provide "Before" and "After" Photographs?
To be judged for the overall improvement of your physical appearance, you will be required to submit one "before" and one "after" photograph. The before photo will be taken at the time of your start date by our 911 Ultimate Transformation Team, and the after photo will be taken on the end date during the week of the 84th day. You are required to take only one full-body, frontal view before and after photo. When you take your photos, simply stand in a relaxed position, with your arms to your sides. Be sure to include your body from your head to your feet (including your face). While you do not have to wear a bikini or your underwear, you should probably wear something that reveals your physique, so our judges can see your changes more easily. Your "after" photo should exude the type of drastic changes you made in your physical appearance. We would encourage you to have a professional photo taken of your final results to enhance your overall appearance. iSatori will provide a photographer for "after" photos. Information on the time and location of these photos will be provided to all contestants prior to the final day of the Challenge.

Please keep a copy or the negatives or digital files of the pictures for yourself since we won't be able to return your photos to you once we receive them. Also, no copyrighted photos can or will be accepted. Your photos may still be used by The 911 Ultimate Transformation Challenge and iSatori (including any of its affiliated supplement companies) and Real SOLUTIONS to promote its products and services, even if you are not chosen as a winner. Remember, your photographs, and the improvements you reveal, will represent 70% of your score. DO NOT include any photo that reveals badge or department information. iSatori will not accept those photos as part of your entry.

Do I Need to Answer the Questions of Inner Strength?
If you are chosen as a finalist, yes. In this part of your official contestant entry form, you will be asked some simple questions to best describe how you felt before, during, and after the contest. Answer them as concisely as you can. Be honest with your answers. You might want to write out your answers and read them aloud or to someone else before submitting them as your final answers. Remember, the winners of the 911 Ultimate Transformation Challenge may become Spokespersons and will need to be able to represent the product and company's services. So, you do need to be able to express yourself well. These questions and your body-part measurements will count for 30% of your score. Questions? Call Brandon or Mathias at 303-215-9174, ext. 117.

Do I Need to Provide Body-Part Measurements?
Yes. As part of your contestant entry form, you are required to provide the 911 Ultimate Transformation Body measurement index card, which will be provided to you, indicating your progress. "Before" body-part measurement and "after" body-part measurements must be done on the specified dates and times. Different methods for tracking bodyfat, weight, and circumference may vary. Your team will use one method to maintain consistent results. Measurements will be taken on your weigh-in date and your completion date.
